When conflict is navigated skillfully it can bring you closer together. Conflict is inevitable. It's a normal part of any a relationship. HOW you navigate conflict can either built trust or put a wedge between you and the person you care about. This is the space to navigate difficult emotions, communicate effectively and set healthy boundaries. Most of us weren't taught these skills growing up. Having a neutral third party can help diffuse the tension and provide the framework you need to move you forward.
