About the event
If you struggle to identify what you need, you are not alone! So many of us were not taught this skill in childhood. Unfortunately, when you’re unable to identify your needs, you subconsciously try to meet them by either overcompensating (anxious attachment) or undercompensating (avoidant attachment). It’s like chasing an itch you can’t scratch - it leaves you feeling exhausted and dissatisfied.
The Stability Wheel is your compass in your day-to-day life. It helps you take inventory of your needs so that you can make clear, confident choices about how to use your time. Every time you honor what you’re needing, you build trust with yourself. And there are countless moments in the day to build trust with yourself! The Stability Wheel is your guide.
The Stability Wheel will help you feel more satisfied with how you spend your time and who you spend it with.
You’ll walk away from this workshop having a clear inventory of your needs and clear next steps to help you feel more stable & secure.
