Your body is not defective.
Your pleasure is not a burden.
But that's probably not the message you received growing up.
Society has a way of conditioning people with vulvas to feel ashamed about their bodies and their pleasure. We are taught not to be too loud, take up too much space or prioritize ourselves first. We don't have easy access to sex positive resources and education in our younger years, leaving us mal-informed.
As a result, sex can often feel stressful, overwhelming or even anxiety-inducing. Maybe you find yourself disconnected from your partner and stuck in your head worrying about all your shortcomings. Maybe you disassociate. Or maybe you avoid sex altogether.
What might it feel like to release the burdens that society imposes on your sexuality? How would your experience of sex change? How would your experience of yourself change?
This course is designed for you to release the weight of past conditioning and trauma so you can expand your capacity for pleasure. You will feel the ripple effects in the rest of your life, finding that knowing your body and desires will empower you, not just in the bedroom, but in the rest of your life too. Whether you're asking for a raise at work, or setting boundaries, you'll feel different inside.
Format
We will have 8 zoom calls (2 hours each) where we will combine somatic practices like meditation and EFT (emotional freedom technique) in addition to shadow work, journaling prompts, weekly challenges, and group discussion. We'll cover topics like herstory ( AKA history), the scientific anatomy of pleasure, energy flow, common trauma responses, squirting, orgasm and more. A video link will be sent a week before the event starts.

"DANG YOU GOTTA TAKE THIS!! I was more liberated in so many more areas than my sexuality after taking Forest's course."
"It was a transformative experience - Forest is gifted and magical and has a lot of wisdom to share."
"The thing I identified as wanting to work on early in the class was the fact that it is difficult for me to prioritize my pleasure and I have a lot of difficulty having orgasms with male identifying partners (but no problem with female identifying partners, which I'm curious about). Fast forward to week 4 and I had clitoral and vaginal orgasms with a male partner over the course of a few days! This is such an incredibly rare occurrence, and it completely took me by surprise in the moment, but looking back the timing makes perfect sense and I gained a new confidence in and trust for myself and my body through that experience. Thank you!"
