Within the current state of the world, our collective survival is dependent on hierarchical social systems (racist, hetero-capitalist patriarchy).

What most people aren't aware of is how we subconsciously internalize hierarchies within our most beloved relationships.

 

This is internalized oppression.

My blog provides clarity about the sneaky ways we embody our own oppression - the reverberations of imperialism.

I also provide 1:1 support and community resources to help people mentally unlearn colonizer (domination) culture AND physically embody relationship norms rooted in abundance.
